Marlena is an elementary school teacher in Coatesville, PA. A graduate of Lehigh University, she has dedicated her studies and career to helping children grow and foster a love of learning. 

Marlena earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Highest Honors with minors in Psychology and Religion Studies. She completed a 5-Year Master’s in Elementary Education program at Lehigh University as well. Marlena earned Lehigh’s President’s Scholar award to continue her fifth year studies and pursue her Master’s degree. Following her graduation, she was offered a full-time teaching contract as a K-12 teacher. 

Learning and education are integral parts of who Marlena is and she commits herself to being a lifetime learner. She hopes to share this love of learning and a desire to pursue higher education not only with her elementary age students, but with those at Academia Nut. The power of knowledge can and will open doors for all students!
