Eligibility
Academia Nut designed to help students and their families better navigate college and graduate school admissions. You are eligible to use the Services if you are an individual who is 18 years or older residing in the United States or a school or school district located in the United States. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you need your parent or legal guardian to consent to your use of the Services in accordance with these Terms and to be responsible for your use of the Services. If you are younger than age 13, you may not use the Services. Regardless of eligibility, we reserve the right to refuse use of the Services at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
Services include materials protected by intellectual property laws, such as written text, logos, photos, videos, music, art, designs, and/or graphics. You may only view and use materials for personal, noncommercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction or use constitutes infringement. Academia Nut’s Services is copyrighted, and original materials provided to the Client are for individual use under a single-user license.

Academia Nut services provide information only and do not offer financial, legal, medical, or psychological services or advice. The content does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental or medical condition. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions. Academia Nut disclaims liability for reliance on opinions or advice in the Services. In no event Academia Nut shall be liable to students and parents/guardians for any consequential, special, punitive and incidental damages, even if Academia Nut has been informed of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Academia Nut shall be monetarily liable to students and parents/guardians. Academia Nut shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use educational and counseling services.
General Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in the nearest state and federal courts to the city of Los Angeles, California. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in force. The prevailing party in disputes may recover attorneys' fees and costs.
